  • Coaching with Aluma is a personalized, guided process designed around you.

We begin by understanding where you are—looking closely at your current habits, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals, and how those are shaping how you feel day to day.

From there, we create a personalized approach focused on the changes that will make the biggest impact—centered around how you eat, move, sleep, and manage stress.

As we work together, we build consistency and momentum through small, intentional adjustments—while also paying attention to the patterns that come up along the way and learning how to move through them.

Over time, these changes become part of your daily rhythm—supporting your energy, your health, and how you feel in your body long-term.

This isn’t a fixed program. It’s a collaborative process designed to create real, lasting change.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all plan here.

Many programs give you a template to follow. At Aluma, everything is built specifically for you—and adjusted as you go. Your habits, your lifestyle, your goals, and your challenges shape the entire process.

We also focus on root cause, not just symptoms. Instead of chasing individual issues like fatigue or weight, we address the underlying patterns that are driving them—primarily through how you eat, move, sleep, and manage stress.

Everything we do is grounded in science, but designed to work in real life.

  • Completely.

Your coaching experience starts with a deep understanding of where you are right now—your habits, your routines, your health concerns, and your goals.

From there, we build your plan together. What we focus on in week one will inform what we do in week two, and so on. As your life shifts, your plan shifts with it.

No two clients go through the same program—because no two people are the same.

  • Most clients begin to notice improvements in their energy, clarity, sleep, and overall sense of well-being within the first few weeks.

Over time, as we continue to build and reinforce new habits, many people also see changes in weight, mood, digestion, and markers of metabolic health like blood sugar and inflammation.

More importantly, you’ll gain a better understanding of your body—and the tools to support your health long-term.

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating changes that actually last.

  • You don’t need to do everything at once—but you do need to be ready to take responsibility for your health.

This process is built on intentional, consistent changes—not perfection. We move at a pace that works for you, and I’ll guide you every step of the way.

But real change does require willingness. If you’re open to adjusting how you eat, move, sleep, and manage stress, then we can create meaningful progress together.

  • The first step is a complimentary health consultation.

This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we’ll talk through your current health, your goals, and what you’re experiencing. You’ll gain some initial clarity and insight—and we’ll decide together if coaching is the right next step.

If it is, we’ll choose the program that fits you best and get started.

  • Yes—we offer flexible payment options to make coaching more accessible.

While you’re always welcome to pay in full, most programs also include a monthly payment plan. We’ll go over all of the options during your consultation and choose what feels most comfortable for you.

Our goal is to make this work in a way that feels supportive—not stressful.
