    We begin with a comprehensive intake where we look at your current habits, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals—specifically how you eat, move, sleep, and manage stress. From there, we build a plan that evolves week by week based on your progress, your challenges, and what’s realistic for your life.

    This isn’t a fixed program. It’s a collaborative process where we focus on small, consistent changes that improve your energy, support your metabolism, and help you feel better in your body over time.

    Many programs give you a template to follow. At Aluma, everything is built specifically for you—and adjusted as you go. Your habits, your lifestyle, your goals, and your challenges shape the entire process.

    From there, we build your plan together. What we focus on in week one will inform what we do in week two, and so on. As your life shifts, your plan shifts with it.

    This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we’ll talk through your current health, your goals, and what you’re experiencing. You’ll gain some initial clarity and insight—and we’ll decide together if coaching is the right next step.

  • Yes—we offer flexible payment options to make coaching more accessible.

    While you’re always welcome to pay in full, most programs also include a monthly payment plan. We’ll go over all of the options during your consultation and choose what feels most comfortable for you.
