Hi, I’m Margo, and I’m a metabolic health coach.

My journey into this work started with my own health. I spent years navigating complex conditions—neuromuscular disease, autoimmune issues, thyroid dysfunction, blood clotting disorders, and prediabetes. Like many people, I followed the traditional medical path, and while medications had their place, I still didn’t feel well.

I wanted more than “managing” symptoms—I wanted to feel good in my body.

That search led me to the world of metabolic health, where I began studying the work of leading functional and holistic experts like Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Casey Means, Dr. Josh Axe, Dr. Mindy Pelz, Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Ben Bikman, Dr. Sara Gottfried and many others. What I discovered was both simple and powerful: how we live every day—what we eat, how we move, how we sleep, and how we manage stress—directly impacts our health at the cellular level.

I also came to understand something that changed everything: food isn’t just fuel—it’s information. Every bite sends messages to the body, influencing our energy, metabolism, hormones, and overall well-being. When I began to shift the messages I was sending my body through food and lifestyle, my health began to shift too.

I’ve taken that science and turned it into a practical, personalized coaching approach.

My background as a training professional allows me to break down complex health concepts into clear, actionable steps. I don’t overwhelm you—I meet you where you are and help you move forward, one change at a time.

This work is deeply personal to me. It’s about becoming the best version of ourselves—feeling vibrant, healthy, and connected—and helping others do the same.
